Fulfillment

Since these products are all made to order, depending on the quantity and any products currently in production for other customers, it may take 3-9 days for your order to be ready. This is one of the reasons why we don't offer cancellations.

However, it may take longer than that, and if that's the case then you can contact me either via email or whatsapp for update after 10 days of placing the order (assuming it isn't already shipped). If work on your order still hasn't started, you have 2 choices:

• Cancellation - Please provide your order ID and upon confirmation you are entitled to cancellation and a full refund. In which case, I apologize for the inconvenience. You shouldn't have to put up with my production limitations.
• Patience - You can enquire about the progress on your order with the said order ID and decide to be patient. In which case, again, I apologize and THANK YOU for putting up with my production limitations.

 

Shipping

My primary service for domestic shipping is INDIA POST. This helps me have standard flat rates for all the parcels. Once shipped, it usually takes 5-7 days for the your product to be delivered.

However, if their service is shoddy in your area or you simply prefer any other courier service, you are free to choose them. Just give me a heads up before placing an order for accurate shipping charges and expected delivery times.
