Since the products are made-to-order with a high standard of quality control, this store only offers PREPAID orders (NO COD) and generally DOES NOT offer cancellations, returns and/or refunds. I have tried my best to provide accurate and relevant details in the descriptions on every product page for the said product and its compatibility with other products where applicable. That being said, if you are still unsure, I encourage you to email or message me on my socials or WhatsApp and I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Just a simple "Hi, can I ask a question about your product?" would be enough 👾
However, there are a few exceptions to this, as described below

Damaged (or defective) goods - If the products have been damaged during shipping.
- In this case, I request you to make a small unboxing video or take a few pictures of the product along with a photo of the INVOICE within 5 days of delivery (this makes it easier to track orders and courier issues) so I can help further.

Wrong Product (or Quantity) Received - If I goof up and send you the wrong product or wrong amount of products from what your ordered.
- If you receive a wrong product, wrong quantity or missing parts/accessories than what you had ordered. Please make sure to take videos and pictures along with a photo of the INVOICE within 5 days of delivery so I can assist you.
- In case you receive more than you ordered, you are free to keep it <3

Unexpected Damage upon use - This is just a fancy way of saying if the thing breaks or no longer functions properly. This does not include any wear and tear from normal use or intentional misuse/abuse of the product(s).
- If the product breaks or becomes unusable while using it in its intended manner, you should contact me so I can checkout the issue and improve the design and assist you further with the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If your return/exchange is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
